We do NOT collect financial credit card numbers directly; all prescription co-pay transactions are executed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant licensed pharmacy payment gateways.
2. Biometric Data Retention & De-Identification
In strict compliance with Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI, California CCPA/CPRA, and European GDPR guidelines, biometric telemetry is stored with cryptographic pseudonyms. You may request permanent deletion of your data at any time via support@healthliveshereapp.com.
3. Apple Watch & Wearable Sync Authorization
Synchronization with Apple Watch or wearable sensors requires explicit operating system permission. Biometric data is used exclusively to compute your Longevity Readiness Index and is never shared with third-party advertisers.
