2. Eligibility & Account Security

3. Subscription, Pricing & Corexa Rx Wholesale Benefits

4. Biometric Data & Device Telemetry Sync
When you enable Apple Watch, Garmin, WHOOP, or Oura Ring synchronization, you grant Health Lives Here App permission to ingest resting heart rate, HRV, active caloric burn, sleep stages, and muscle recovery scores to calculate your personalized Longevity Index and GLP-1 lean-mass preservation score.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary algorithms, AI Hotspot models, user interface designs, logos, trade dress, and trademarks (including "Health Lives Here", "Forzet™", and associated graphics) are the exclusive property of Health Lives Here Inc. and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Health Lives Here Inc., its officers, directors, employees, partners, or NFL Alumni Health affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
